Brand New Tiny Homes Arriving at Our Park Every Single Month! Rent or Own

At Marshall Meadows RV and Tiny Home Village, we will continually be bringing in brand new tiny homes to fill vacant pads in our community. All models will have updated finishes, 2×4 construction, mini-split AC systems, vinyl flooring, and hardie siding. We will be offering 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom options, and most of the models will come standard with exterior porches. Renting one of our tiny homes is a great option to have the independence of living in a single family home without the high cost. Tiny homes will be rented on 1-year leases and the tenant will have access to all the community amenities. There is also the option to buy one of our tiny homes through our lender partners. No-Credit and Low-Credit options are available. Please inquire if you would like to purchase one of our homes.
